Finding answers the bot did not understand
Flow analysis lists what callers said that a qualifying bot did not recognise.
Flow analysis looks through recent calls and lists, question by question, what callers said that the bot did not recognise. It is the quickest way to find the phrases a flow is missing.
- 1Open flow analysis and click Analyse now, or ask your admin to switch on the nightly run.
- 2Read through the unrecognised answers for each question.
- 3Add the common ones as phrases on the right answer, then Render and Publish the flow.
Tip
Improving a shared question from the library improves every flow that uses it.
