Limiting the chatbot to your domains
Add your domains so your chatbot only works on your own site.
Once you add a domain to the allowed list, the chatbot only works on that domain and its subdomains. Adding example.com also allows www.example.com and shop.example.com. Anywhere else, it refuses to answer.
Heads up
Until you add at least one domain, the chatbot will answer on any site its snippet is pasted into. Add your domains before you go live.
If you move the chatbot to a new domain, add it to the list first, or the chat window will show an error there.
