The chat window not appearing, not answering, or showing an error.
The chat window shows an error on my site
Check that the site's domain is on the allowed list, that the chatbot is still published, and that the snippet has not expired. Snippets are valid for a year.
I cannot get the embed code
The chatbot must be published first, and it needs instructions or at least one knowledge source before it can be published.
It answers "Sorry, an error occurred" after lots of messages
Each visitor can send up to 30 messages a minute. After that, messages are refused until the minute is up. This stops one visitor from running up your usage.
It will not answer a question that is in my documents
Check the source shows as ready, not processing or failed. If it is ready, the question may be worded very differently from your document. Add it as an FAQ in the words visitors use.
A web page I added failed
The page probably had little readable text. Save its content as a document and upload that instead.
